Plus rep

I built PLUS REP from product concept to production: a Mandarin learning product that combines structured HSK progression with AI support at the point where learners get stuck. Lessons follow a clear cycle of instruction, practice, and homework. Learners can try a sample lesson without signing up and use the product on the web or in Telegram. My work covered both product and engineering:

• Defined the product positioning, learner journey, onboarding, and lesson-to-homework flow.
• Built the web app and Telegram Mini App, including HSK progression, interactive exercises, handwriting, audio, homework review, and reminders.
• Developed the AI learning workflows: contextual tutoring, lesson generation, homework feedback, and pronunciation practice.
• Designed the backend foundations for asynchronous processing, provider flexibility, product analytics, and per-operation AI usage limits.
